If I could place all of my worries and concerns on little pieces of paper, I am sure that they would fill a room. I spend a significant portion of my days praying for answers and seeking solutions to the challenges we face. And not just with Ben’s medical journey, but with the medical challenges our boys face and the drudgery of daily life.
In contrast, the number of blessings and amazing gifts we have received over the last few weeks could easily dwarf those concerns! We are blown away by the love and support we have received! We know that we are not alone in this journey. You have come along side our family and lifted us up. Words of encouragement, prayers, meals and treats, and financial donations have all been blessings. Your generosity and love have been direct answers to our prayers and we have shed many tears of gratitude and joy because you have blessed our family. Thank you just doesn’t seem adequate! Both Ben and I wish we could hug every person — big and small, young and old, near and far — that has read our story and been touched to help in some way.
Over the next few weeks and months, we look forward to sharing more of our story with you as we fight neuromuscular disease and continue to make beautiful memories. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!
